Casa Rosada is a unique residential experience in the heart of La Candelaria. We welcome both short stays and longer rentals. Whether you are in town for a short leisure visit, a work conference, or whether you are hoping to make Bogota home for a longer period of time, you will find that all of our apartments are fully furnished to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. Each individual apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, as well as washing and drying machines.
We do not offer the full services of a hotel. Namely, we do not have a 24 hour reception that you can turn to. Nevertheless, you can count on a security guard always being present during the night hours, and members of our team will also be available to contact via whatsapp in case of an emergency.
We have cleaning services available at a cost and upon request. In other words, when you book your apartment you can choose whether you want it cleaned every day or once every three days, or once a week if you’re staying with us for a longer period.
We do not offer breakfast as part of the residential experience of Casa Rosada. That said, the house is also home to Diosa Cerveceria, a craft brewery and restaurant where you can grab a bite and a beer, and yes also a delicious breakfast. Though Diosa Cerveceria is a separate business, we will be happy to provide you discount coupons for this restaurant upon arrival.
Finally, at Casa Rosada we believe in residential spaces that foster community. With that in mind, we invite you to make full use of both our central patio and the rooftop terrace as opportunities for meeting other residents/travelers if you wish to do so.
